Partner RTO Information

How OnlineRPL Works With Registered Training Organisations

OnlineRPL works in partnership with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver nationally recognised qualifications through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

What Is an RTO?

A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is a training provider approved by the Australian Government to deliver and assess nationally recognised training.

RTOs are regulated to ensure quality standards are met.

Our Role (OnlineRPL)

OnlineRPL is a digital platform that:

• Guides students through the RPL process
• Collects evidence and documentation
• Manages student submissions
• Provides structured support inside the system
• Coordinates communication between students and assessors

OnlineRPL does not issue qualifications directly.

The Role of the Partner RTO

The Partner RTO:

• Conducts formal assessment of submitted evidence
• Ensures compliance with training package requirements
• Makes the final competency decision
• Issues nationally recognised certificates
• Maintains student training records

All qualifications are issued by the Partner RTO.

National Recognition

Qualifications issued through our Partner RTO are nationally recognised within Australia and aligned with the relevant Training Package requirements.

Transparency

Students will be informed of:

• The full name of the Partner RTO
• RTO code
• Qualification code and title
• Applicable terms and conditions

These details are provided during enrolment.

Our Partner RTO operates in accordance with:

• Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
• Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements

This ensures your qualification meets national regulatory standards.

Student Rights & Responsibilities

Students enrolled through OnlineRPL are covered under the Partner RTO’s:
