📂 What Evidence Should I Upload?
Upload clear, relevant proof of your real work experience, such as:
• Photos or videos of your work
• Licences and tickets
• Contracts or invoices
• Work site documentation
• Supervisor or employer confirmation
Tip: Clear photos and detailed uploads help speed up your assessment.
👷 My Referee Hasn’t Received the Email
Ask your referee to:
• Check their spam/junk folder
• Confirm you entered the correct email
• Ensure their inbox is not full
You can re-send the referee request from your dashboard.
💳 Payment Questions
OnlineRPL uses staged payments.
You will only be asked to pay when you are ready to unlock the next stage of your qualification.
We securely process payments using Stripe, a globally trusted payment gateway.

• No automatic charges
• No hidden fees
• No credit card details stored on our system
Each payment requires your confirmation before processing.
Your payment information is securely handled through Stripe’s encrypted system.
📜 When Will I Receive My Certificate?
• All sections are complete
• Your evidence is approved
• Final payment is made
Your certificate will be issued through our partnered RTO.
You will be notified once it is ready.
🔒 Is My Information Secure?
Yes.
OnlineRPL uses encrypted systems to protect your documents and personal information.
We do not store your credit card details.
