Scope of Work
The Ageing Support RPL scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for outcomes within defined organisational guidelines
- Maintaining quality aged care service delivery
- Developing and facilitating individualised service planning
- Reviewing individualised service plan implementation
Experience Requirements
To be eligible, you must demonstrate:
- At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience in Ageing Support work
- The majority of this experience obtained within the last 10 years
Eligibility
You’ll need to provide:
- 100-point ID check (JP-certified)
- Resume detailing your aged care experience
- Referee testimonial(s) confirming ≥ 3 years’ experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Signed consent form
- Work samples (e.g., care plans, reports)
- Photo evidence of your support work
Regulatory Licensing Requirements
To be eligible for RPL aged care, workers must have completed 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.
