    • Any other method displayed on the Site.
  3. At our discretion, we may accept a deposit to begin work. If you choose direct debit, you agree that your arrangement can only be varied or cancelled in accordance with the terms of your financial institution and applicable law.
  4. You are responsible for all third-party fees and transaction charges arising from your chosen payment method.
  5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Service if any fees are outstanding.

4. Refund Policy

  1. You may be entitled to a full refund of the Service Fee under Australian Consumer Law if:
    • Your partner RTO refuses your application for enrolment;
    • Your partner RTO is unable to deliver the course for which you applied;
    • We cancel the Service before it begins.
  2. Partial refunds may be granted, at our discretion, if you withdraw your application in writing before submission to the RTO, less any non-refundable administration fee.

6. Regulatory Changes

  1. Occasionally, changes to training package requirements, licensing or RTO policies may occur. We will notify you of any such changes that affect your application.
  2. If new requirements necessitate additional evidence, fees or processes, we will provide you with written instructions. Failure to comply may delay or terminate your application.
