Scope of Work
The Wall and Floor Tiling scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Handling wall and floor tiling materials
- Using wall and floor tiling tools and equipment
- Preparing surfaces for tiling application
- Fixing floor tiles
- Fixing wall tiles
- Repairing wall and floor tiles
- Carrying out mosaic tiling
- Tiling curved surfaces
- Applying waterproofing processes to internal wet areas
Experience Requirements
To be eligible, you must demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ relevant industry experience in a wide range of tiling work under a licensed Tiler
Eligibility
You’ll need to provide:
- 100-point ID check (JP-certified)
- Valid White Card (JP-certified)
- Referee testimonial(s) confirming ≥ 2 years’ experience
- Video or photo evidence of your tiling work
Regulatory Licensing Requirements
According to NSW Fair Trading, tradies applying for a licence must have the relevant industry knowledge and experience and have completed:
- CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or
- CPC31311/ CPC31308/ BCG31303 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
